A Trimble X7 laser scanner for precise geometry, Matterport Pro2 and Pro3 cameras for the 360° virtual tour and drone photogrammetry for roofs and façades.

Point cloud, 360° virtual tour, BIM model in Revit (RVT), plans and floor areas. All in ArkyHub: the model is viewed in the browser as IFC and every file can be downloaded. DWG plans are an extra.

It depends on the building's size and the scope. Enter the service, disciplines, floor area and number of floors, and you instantly get your project's price and lead-time estimate.

Capture happens in a single visit. After that, digitization takes days. Your project's lead time is shown in the estimate.

The point cloud has millimetric precision. It stays in ArkyHub next to the model and plans, so you can check any measurement against the real building.

Yes, with the MEP scope: visible HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Anything hidden inside walls or above suspended ceilings can't be captured by the scanner.

Then 2BIM only is all you need: send us your point cloud and we turn it into a BIM model, plans and floor areas.
